Take a risk on yourself: apply for our mentoring programme
For the first time this year, we are offering 60 free mentoring hours to women aged 18-24 years, who are either interested in developing a career in marketing communications, or who are in the early stages of a marketing career and are looking to excel. This is part of our series of pledges for International Women’s Day.
We are a team of bold, creative, principled women with a combined 30 years experience in marketing and communications. Based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, we work with arts, culture and purpose-led organisations across the UK to achieve their ambitions through meaningful marketing and audience relationship development.
We are acutely aware that women, and particularly younger women, or women of colour, by and large, have less access to opportunities and therefore this is our own initiative to attempt to address that. As a micro-organisation, our resources are limited, hence we are starting small and offering three women 20 hours of mentoring each between June and November 2019.
What will you get out of it?
We think we’ve got fantastic people in our team; together we’ve won awards, launched international marketing campaigns and worked with global, national and local brands. We also recognise that we are now in the privileged position to be able to pay all that knowledge forward. So, you’ll get the benefit of our collective experience, professional skills and all of this…
