A selection of the arts, culture, heritage and film clients we are currently working with on marketing, PR, events and digital campaigns.


City of Dreams, Newcastle Gateshead Cultural Venues

City of Dreams is a 10-year arts and culture mission to make NewcastleGateshead the best place to be young.

We are working specifically on engaging young people (aged 12-18 years old) with the wider cultural offer and developing outreach that makes culture accessible for young people.


Tyneside Cinema

A beautiful gem on the North East film landscape, we are working with the Tyneside Cinema and sub-brands (bar cafe, Vicolo, Coffee Rooms and the gallery) from September 2018 to March 2019 to develop marketing, grow audiences and build reputation.



A two year project with the BBC to develop talent across disciplines including, filmmaking, writing, visual art, music and scripting. Our work on the project is to deliver marketing services which supports the overall project and promotes the outputs to the public.


Newcastle City Council

We work with Newcastle City Council and the on marketing campaigns designed to raise awareness of safety in the night-time economy. Our campaigns reach bar and club goers in the city centre and beyond to engage and educate them in Bystander Intervention and safe spaces.

British Film Institute 

Our Founder, Laura, works on an ongoing consultancy basis with the British Film Institute (BFI), including their BFI Academy for young people aspiring to be in film exhibition, and their Film Audience Network, supporting independent cinemas to reach new audiences through innovative marketing techniques.


Handmade Tyneside

We work on a retained basis with Handmade Tyneside, a north east based creator, maker and designer. We plan and deliver all Handmade Tyneside marketing, including: strategy and planning, promotional events and pop-up shops, design and print jobs, social media marketing and website maintenance.

Claridge Fine Art

In 2018, we are working on a retained basis with Winchester-based contemporary art gallery Claridge Fine Art. As part of this relationship we are developing a brand story, delivering press, social media, events and a multi-media content plan to reach a wide art buying audience in and around the region.


Crisis, Homeless History of Newcastle

Crisis charity have chosen CRYSTLSD to deliver an awareness raising campaign about their project Homeless History of Newcastle, including the promotion of exhibitions supporting the project.


North East Culture Partnership  

The North East Culture Partnership brings together practitioners, local authorities, universities, businesses and voluntary organisations across the North East of England to champion, promote and support the arts and heritage sectors. We deliver all marketing and comms, event manage annual conferences and support b2b promotions.



Cheeseburn is a sculpture gardens and gallery space in Northumberland. We plan and deliver all of Cheeseburn's communications each year, including social media marketing, audience profiling and development, website management, database management and e-newsletters, print advertising and digital outreach and PR.


Kymberlee Jay

Kymberlee Jay is a business coach, business owner, speaker, mentor and writer. We work with Kymberlee to manage her business marketing and comms as well as on specific profile raising activities for her personal brand, including: marketing strategy and planning, social media management, outreach, guest essays and speaking opportunities.
